Pub Policy

PARKING

Our car park, which can be accessed from Maldon Road, is for hotel residents and pub/restaurant customers only and is ANPR protected. In order to avoid a ticket, you will need to register your number plate on arrival, at one of the till point iPads.

Should our car park be full, there is a Pay & Display car park just 2 minutes away, on Newlands Drive (CM8 2AP).

We accept no liability for vehicles whilst they are parked on our property.

CHILDREN

We treat our bar area as a place for adults. Well behaved children are very welcome, but are restricted to the restaurant areas and the garden.

DOGS

Unfortunately, with the exception of assistance dogs, we are unable to accommodate dogs inside The White Hart. However, well behaved dogs are very welcome in our garden area.

SMOKING

Smoking is NOT permitted in any part of our establishment. There is a designated all weather smoking area outside for any smokers using our hotel, restaurant or pub.

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

With the support of the police, those who engage in any unacceptable behaviour will be identified, and may be banned. We are a member of the 'B.O.B.B.' - Behave Or Be Banned scheme.
